Private Client

Job Description

Our client is a medium sized firm with a large department covering all areas of private client matters from

-Wills, Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estate, Deputyship Applications to Declarations of Trust.

They are now looking for an additional fee earner who is able to provide clients with the support and legal advice they need with an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution, to assist clients  with estate and tax planning (using Wills, trusts and lifetime giving), Living Wills, Statutory Wills, preparing Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work, dealing with the finances and (if appropriate) making an application for relevant benefits, administration of trusts, information on home care, preserving assets in the event of long-term residential or nursing care, care home contracts.

All members of the team in the Private Client department have been trained to be Dementia Friends; the firm also encourage our fee-earners to be Solicitors for the Elderly.    

Applicants will be ambitious, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team.
